DESCRIPTION
The NAPA National Sales Manager is accountable for the profitable achievement of sales objectives associated with the NAPA Auto Parts and sales team managed. The NAPA National Sales Manager is responsible for sales team’s productivity, and directs their effort in order to have the greatest overall impact at all levels of distribution with NAPA
Responsible for all aspects of leading an efficient sales team, including hiring support, supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating direct-report sales staff. This position will report to Vice President, Sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides a management-level point of contact for key account.
- Builds strong internal-company relationships with other key management personnel.
- Maintaining and increasing sales of our products
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets
- Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures
- Collecting customer feedback and market research
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
