We challenge you the E-Commerce Channel Manager to maximize the sales revenue of Lumileds (Philips) automotive aftermarket products through various e-commerce channels by developing, implementing and managing a detailed business strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements e-commerce business strategy to secure new short and long-term business with targeted e-commerce automotive aftermarket customers to achieve Annual Operating Plan (AOP) revenue objective.
- Leads the customer relationship with customers who primarily sell product via e-commerce to develop win/win solutions. Coordinates with existing sales management on customers who use e-commerce as a channel of distribution to develop, monitor, and maximize sales of Lumileds (Philips) products.
- Develops, coordinates and implements all appropriate processes to ensure flawless launch of Lumileds (Philips) aftermarket products on new customer e-commerce sites. Including coordination of all Lumileds (Philips) content required by customers in collaboration with marketing.
- Develops the automotive Aftermarket e-commerce sales plan and sales forecasts as well as appropriate budgets.
- Develops and conducts presentations to the customer (all levels up to executive) on systems and capabilities through product demonstrations utilizing marketing brochures and all applicable sales support vehicles.
- Works with product management to manage the commercial policy for e-commerce
- Work with marketing to develop and execute the online marketing activities to drive the business and ensure best-in-class experience throughout the shopper journey, purchase & post-purchase
- Maintain superior customer satisfaction; Spend time with customers to determine their needs and discusses service options; Follows up with existing and potential customers to generate leads and closes sales.
- Responsible to respond and ensure resolution of all customer issues relating to technical process and/or quality issues regarding our products and systems.
- Work with product management and marketing to develop product offer and merchandising ensuring sales are maximized and content delivered effectively.
- Work with marketing to prepare and execute marketing & promotion planning calendar for each season.
- Set KPI benchmarks from internal and external internet analytics and competitive analysis.
- Regularly check product consumer reviews on key online partners.
- Interface with logistics operations to insure on time delivery of product to customers and that shipments arrive according to a customers’ expectations. Responsible as the customer contact to ensure compliance with the specific logistics requirements as required by the automotive market: EDI bar coding, tariffs, credits, NAFTA, JIT, design control tracking and supply line purging. Is primary customer contact for logistical problem reporting and corrective action implementation and follow up.
