Visionary Brands, Inc. is an internet based aftermarket automotive accessory company that is seeking a dedicated and driven employee to fill a Technical Support and Customer Service Specialist position in West Berlin, NJ. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, comfortable with speaking on the phone, eager to excel, and has experience and strong passion for the automotive aftermarket industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls to troubleshoot and diagnose customer product issues
- Answering customer questions via live chat and email to troubleshoot and diagnose customer product issues
- Utilize business systems and resources to quickly and accurately locate answers to questions – Creating and processing customer returns
- Develop a strong knowledge of our entire product line
- Effectively convey troubleshooting and sales instructions to customers over the phone
- Testing returned customer products to determine reason for failure
- Testing new product samples & improving product technology
- Answering inbound customer service and sales calls
- NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED
This is a full-time position that is Monday thru Friday; hours ranging between 8:30 am and 6 pm. Full health and dental benefits are available after 60 days and a 401k Retirement Plan with traditional or Roth contributions are available after 1 year. Our 401k Retirement Plan offers Safe Harbor match in which Visionary Brands, Inc. will match your contributions up to 3%.
