Requirement:

Required Qualifications

  • Seasoned customer service professional with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive parts industry.
  • Proficient with web applications, computers (Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Associate degree in Technical, Business or related field
  • Ability to communicate confidently, politely and sincerely with customers by electronic means, letter or telephone
  • Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with others
  • Saab product knowledge including knowledge of the Saab Electronic Parts Catalog (EPC) to help guide customers to specific parts

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s  or technical degree
  • Saab technical background
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
